The AISO name and logos are trademarks owned and administered by Affordable Internet Services Online, Inc (AISO). AISO licenses use of these marks for specific purposes on a contractual basis to companies hosting with AISO or wishing to promote AISO. Unlicensed use of the AISO Logo and the phrase "Web Hosting As Nature Intended" is prohibited and will constitute infringement. Notwithstanding the forgoing, AISO interprets the trademark law principle of nominative fair use to permit a company that has purchased a product in a transaction from AISO, or from a company participating in AISO marketing.
